We source our specialty-grade beans from high-altitude estates where the cherries are hardened by the elements, resulting in a denser, more complex flavor profile. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Timber-Tuned" craft utilizing small-batch precision to eliminate the bitter "char" while developing deep, earthy notes of dark chocolate, toasted cedar, and black cherry.
